Delivery timeframes start once we have your items in stock. Be sure to check your order confirmation for any pre-order details and estimated dispatch dates.

In order to take advantage of our Next Day delivery service, please make sure to complete your order by 3:30pm on the day before you want it delivered. If you place an order for Next Day delivery before 3:30pm on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday.

Please note that our Next Day delivery service does not apply to orders made on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on the subsequent Tuesday.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if 14 days have passed since your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Please use our returns portal to return any unused items within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the items are well-packaged to maintain their original condition. Once received, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Items returned damaged will not be refunded. If you receive damaged items, notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products using our returns portal. A fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return postage costs, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.

To ensure a smooth refund process, please return items in their original packaging. Writing on or taping the original packaging will result in a 10% reduction in the refund as it renders the packaging unusable for resale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our product and service quality.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
