In order to take advantage of our Next Day delivery service, please make sure to complete your order by 3:30pm on the day before you want it delivered. If you place an order for Next Day delivery before 3:30pm on Friday, it will be delivered on Saturday.

Please note that our Next Day delivery service does not apply to orders made on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed during the weekend will be delivered on the subsequent Tuesday.


We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please provide your name, order reference and reason for return within the parcel.


To ensure a smooth refund process, we kindly request that all items being returned are in their original packaging. Please note that writing on the original packaging/tape on original packaging will result in a 10% reduction in the refund amount as this makes the packaging unusable for re sale. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy as it enables us to maintain the quality of our products and services. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
