Terms and Conditions - Instagram Feature and Refund Campaign

By participating in the Instagram Feature and Refund Campaign ("Campaign") conducted by The Qualis Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • The Campaign is open to all customers who have made a purchase from The Qualis Collection.
   • Participants must have a valid Instagram account to participate.
     
     

2. Submission Requirements:

   • Participants must share a photo or video showcasing the purchased product from The Qualis Collection.
   • The post must tag @thequaliscollection and include the hashtag #thequaliscollection.
   • The post must be set to "public" during the duration of the Campaign.
     
     

3. Refund Reward:

   • If The Qualis Collection selects your content for featuring on our Instagram account, you will be eligible to receive a £10 refund off your recent order.
   • The refund will be processed within 10 business days after your content has been featured.
   • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
     
     

4. Content Usage:

   • By participating, you grant The Qualis Collection the right to use, display, and repost your submitted content on our official Instagram account, @thequaliscollection, and other company marketing materials.
   • You acknowledge that your content may be edited for formatting or clarity.
     
     

5. Selection Process:

   • The selection of content to be featured is at the sole discretion of The Qualis Collection.
   • Content will be chosen based on creativity, quality, and alignment with the brand's values.
     
     

6. Privacy and Consent:

   • Participants acknowledge that their Instagram username, profile picture, and content will be visible to the public as part of the Campaign.
   • By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of this Campaign.
     
     

7. Rights and Responsibilities:

   • Participants must ensure that their submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights or violate any laws or regulations.
   • The Qualis Collection reserves the right to disqualify any content that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of the terms.
     
     

8. Campaign Duration:

   • The Campaign will run from 22/08/2023 to 31/12/2023. Content submitted after the end date will not be considered for the Campaign.
     
     

9. Modifications and Termination:

   • The Qualis Collection reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
     
     

10. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
      
      

By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them.
